Really without available drivers, the only thing I can suggest is to uninstall that device from inside Device Manager, then re-start your PC and then reconnect the smart card reader to get Windows to load the driver again. To access the said page, go to settings, devices, then autoplay. You can choose the have the feature . Reinstall the device driver.
