Take the NFC key card into your car with BOTH of your key fobs. Turn the car on and place the key card on the charging mat and then place both the fobs on top of the key card. Go to Setup>Vehicle>Digital Key>NFC Key Card>Save. I bought an NFC Key Card from local dealer today. Was and took them 2 days to get it. BTW they do NOT show it for the Ioniq 5, and will tell you "they can't get one". I ask them to just order the one they show for other model cars.
Edit: got the NFC card and it’s super simple to setup with both key fobs in the car. Once setup, you can unlock/lock the doors and also turn on the car. Tip: You’ll need to hold the card sideways and just to the right or left of the dot on the driver or passenger door to get it to unlock/lock. Picked up my Ioniq 5 1-2 weeks ago (Canada) and the dealer said it came with 2x free replacement keys. Maybe that's only for the Ultimate package but you might have the same. Download a NFC reader app and see if it can scan the nfc chip on the card. Doesn't matter what it reads, you just want to make sure there is a working nfc chip there. If there is and trying the placements all over the mat doesn't work, then I'd say take it to the dealer and ask them to do it.
